This page explains what the FORSSI website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. The FORSSI software your farm uses has its own agreement.

What we collect

• When you book a walkthrough: your name, your farm's name, your email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, state, what your farm runs and a message.
• To stop spam: a scrambled, one-way code made from your internet address, kept so we can limit how many requests come from one connection. We never store the address itself.
• To see which pages help: anonymous page-view counts through Vercel Web Analytics. It does not use cookies and does not follow you to other websites.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to you, arrange your walkthrough and follow up about FORSSI. We send you one automatic email confirming your request. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who helps us

• Vercel hosts the website.
• Neon stores walkthrough requests in a database in the United States.
• Resend delivers our emails.

How long we keep it

We keep walkthrough requests for as long as we are talking with you and for up to two years after, then delete them. Spam-limit codes are kept for 30 days.

Your choices

Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing the address in our reply to you. We will answer within 30 days.

Cookies

The public website sets no cookies. The only cookie we use keeps our own team signed in to our lead list.
